​Alba Thermal Springs & Spa, developed by Hilltonia Homestead Pty Ltd, is a 15-hectare wellness retreat located in Fingal on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. The development features a 5,000 m² wellness centre, including 35 thermal pools, spa facilities, and a restaurant. Architectural firm Hayball designed the complex with a minimalist aesthetic, utilizing raw concrete and bronze glass to harmonize with the natural landscape. The site also includes 15 hectares of curated gardens and wilderness, enhancing the immersive wellness experience.
