Checkpoint Building Surveyors was established in 1999 and quickly became one of the largest building surveying organisations in Australia. As one of the only building surveyors with a national presence, Checkpoint can provide domestic, commercial, and retail building surveying services in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia. Our main offices are currently located in Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Perth.
Checkpoint is also one of the few building surveying companies in Australia that provides a comprehensive range of services for all forms of construction and development. We value and appreciate the expertise and knowledge required for the humble house and the largest of residential apartment developments as well as everything in between including industrial, office, retail, childcare, schools, age/health-care buildings and large public buildings.
