Designed by SJB Architects, the project includes a mix of apartments and townhouses with interiors curated by Winwood McKenzie and Bergman & Co. The residences feature high concrete ceilings, generous layouts, and private outdoor spaces, reflecting a warehouse-inspired aesthetic. A communal rooftop offers panoramic city views alongside shared dining, BBQ, and co-working spaces. Construction is underway, with completion expected in 2026.
